Autumn Season 2019 – New domain launched

In anticipation of an exceptionally active season with several premieres, from solo to chamber to orchestral music during October-November, the entire website was transferred to this hopefully more reachable .com domain in early September. After serving for about five years, the older copy of the website in the .co.nf domain is discontinued.

Victory in DYCE competition

After the initial selection round at the start of 2019 and after four concerts played live and broadcast in four European cities on April 28th 2019, my composition Chosen families (2019) was selected as one of the four winners of the Discovering Young Composers of Europe project. Winning compositions were chosen by European-wide audience voting. The victory includes a new commissioned ensemble piece for concerts and recording in 2020.

Starting Doctoral Studies of Composition at HAMU

Recently I have been selected for doctoral studies of composition at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (HAMU). During my three-year long studies in Prague I will conduct research into how strategies of voice-leading function in microtonal and complex noise contexts and will compose further works embodying this topic. My studies will be mentored by doc. Michal Rataj and prof. Hanuš Bartoň starting in October 2018.
